Masotan Dragon Plush Measures 13in Tall, Won't Devour You

The adorable dragon from studio BONES' Dragon Pilot: Hisone and Masotan can come with you. MOVIC is offering a plush version of Masotan, and this one won't eat you.
Masotan measures 33cm high (13in) and is a limited production item. MOVIC will also fulfill orders for the plush if it receives at least 200 orders. MOVIC will ship orders in October if the quota is met. Each Masotan plush costs 7,344 yen including tax (US$65).
The first two episodes of Hisone and Masotan premiered at Anime Expo following an earlier screening of the first episode at Anime Central. The anime will stream on Netflix beginning on September 21. The series premiered in Japan on April 12 on Tokyo MX, BS Fuji, and Gifu Broadcasting. The show is already streaming on Netflix in Japan.
In the show's story, straightforward and innocent Hisone Amakasu is a Self-Defense Force rookie stationed at the Air Self-Defense Force's Gifu Base. She struggles with the fact that she sometimes hurts people unintentionally by her innocent words and decides to join the Air Self-Defence Force, hoping to maintain a certain distance from people. This decision leads her to a fateful encounter that profoundly changes her life. Hisone meets the "OTF" (Organic Transformed Flyer) dragon hidden in the base, and it chooses Hisone as its pilot. When it soars into the sky with Hisone, her fate as a dragon pilot is decided. It is said that dragons have a key to the future of the world...
