Lupin the Third: Part 5's Title Thief Narrates Ocean's 8 Heist Film's Promo Video

The Lupin the Third: Part 5 anime is collaborating with Japan's release of the Ocean's 8 film. Kanichi Kurita, voice of the anime's main character, narrates a promotional video for the film that debuted on Thursday.
In the video, Lupin summarizes the heist plot and describes the film's highlights as the thieves work to infiltrate the Met Gala. Lupin adds remarks such as that the film's title characters are "nothing but beauties."
A crossover visual with a total of 17 characters also debuted on Thursday. The text in the visual reads, "Steal Japan's summer with major flair!"
The 24-episode anime premiered in April, and Crunchyroll is streaming the series as it airs. Ocean's 8 opened in theaters throughout Japan on Friday.
