I don't know about the rest of you, but once summer is on its last legs I'm in full Halloween mode. It's pumpkins, ghosts, ghouls, and slasher flicks from now until Christmas. Last year I put together a list of 13 streaming anime to get you rightly spooked for the season. Goo! Ranking has its list of horror manga that voters claim will keep you up at night. If you're looking for some brand-new scares or want to revisit some old haunts, here's a decisive list.
