Hatsune Miku Holds Halloween Party at Daimaru Sapporo Department Store

Virtual idol Hatsune Miku is bringing more cheer than fear to the Daimaru Sapporo department store in Hokkaido next week. The songstress and friends Kagamine Len and Rin will celebrate their 10th anniversary with a collaboration café featuring sweets from the store's Ishiya confectionery and other special goods.
Food items include the Hatsune Miku Pachi Pachi Parfait that comes with an original coaster, Hatsune Miku candy, and latte art. The café will screen exclusive movies that cannot be seen anywhere else.
On October 7 and 8, Snow Miku will visit Daimaru Sapporo. The idol will hold a live stage event followed by a competition for attendees to win special prizes. A movie featuring Snow Miku will also air on screens in the store.
The Hatsune Miku pre-order goods shop will sell a backpack with three interchangable images of the virtual idols, three t-shirt designs, can badges, acrylic keychains, sports towels, acrylic standees, clear files, posters, and blankets. Customers can also buy Hatsune Miku cookies and popcorn.
Customers that spend at least 3,900 yen in the cafe and Hatsune Miku goods shop will receive a Sonoca card to download the new song "Skip," written especially for the event.
