Gohan vs. Cell: Dragon Ball Z Characters Face Off as adidas' 2nd Collaboration Shoes

Do you like the 11-episode showdown between Gohan and Cell in the Dragon Ball Z anime? Do you need something to put on your feet before venturing out into the world? If so, shoe brand adidas Originals may have the perfect solution. The company unveiled its second set of Dragon Ball Z-inspired shoes on Monday.
The Gohan shoes are inspired by the half-Saiyan, half-human character's signature purple battle outfit, and they use the Deerupt shoe silhouette. Reflective graphics bring to mind Gohan's Super Saiyan 2 form. A heel patch logo gives credit to Piccolo, and Gohan's name appears in Japanese on the heel webbing. A Dragon Ball hides beneath the heel patch, while collaboration logos appear on the sockliner.
Cell's Prophere shoes capture the look of the villain's green and purple exoskeleton and wings. The shoes' tongues show a hidden Dragon Ball and Cell's name on opposite sides. Again, collaboration logos appear on the sockliner of each shoe.
Both the Gohan and Cell shoes will have a worldwide release on October 27. The boxes feature special collaboration art, and all seven boxes in the planned collaboration can join together to form a single image. The first installment in the series, Goku and Frieza shoes, debuted on September 29.
