Pokémon Ultra Sun/Moon Games' Halloween Competition Offers Shiny Mimikyu

The Pokémon franchise often gets into the spooky spirit of October with Halloween celebrations. This year is no different, and the website for the Pokémon Global Link service revealed the "Ultra Spooky Cup" competition on Monday.
Only the creepiest and eeriest Pokémon will be permitted in the contest (full list on the official website). The competition will be full of Ghost types and scary monsters, but costume-wearing Pokémon like Pikachu and Eevee will also appear.
The event will run from October 26-28. Players who have Pokémon Trainer Club membership and a registered Pokémon Ultra Sun or Pokémon Ultra Moon game can participate. Each player will have a 10-minute time limit during battles, with up to 60 seconds available each turn. Players will be able to compete in 15 battles per day, and unplayed games will carry over to the next day.
Participants in the online competition will receive a Shiny Mimikyu. However, they must complete at least three battles to qualify. The ranking results will be announced in November.
