News AnimeVillage solves Escaflowne tape problems

A labeling mishap with the masters of Vision of Escaflowne volumes 4 and 5 at AnimeVillage lead to a production problem, as all shipped copies of the volumes were mislabeled, with volume 4 being labeled volume 5, and vice-versa.
"This is in no way the fault of our distributor," said the announcement on AnimeVillage.com. The company will once again provide free replacement copies to everyone who already received a copy (sans clamshell case). "Thanks to everyone who wrote in about this so we could catch it quickly, and for hanging in with us through the trials and tribulations of business start-up," said the post Friday.
