posted on 1999-04-10 00:00 EDT

The Japan Society of Boston in association with the Museum of Fine Arts will be presenting a two-part anime festival that will run through the end of April and continue through most of May. Most of the films shown will be family oriented (and, with the exception of Kiki's Delivery Service, all will be subtitled), and many classic and short Osamu Tezuka works will be shown.

Those interested should contact the Museum Box Office at 617.369.3770 for a schedule, or get it online at http://www.us-japan.org/japanboston/anime.htm.
