Warner Brothers has aquired the North American rights to the Third Pokémon movie which has taken in over $6 million at Japanese box offices since it was released July 8th. Warner plans on releasing the film to North American theatres in the spring of 2001.

Warner has stated that it will most likely rename the movie which is called "Kesshoto no Teio" (Emperor of the Crystal Tower) in Japan, as well as censor certain elements.

In other Pokémon News, Anime News Service reports that Police in Milan, Italy have charged 24 people with offenses ranging from the seizure of counterfeit Pokémon goods, including toys, dolls and other items, valued at $3.7 million.
