Manga Entertainment announced that it is shooting for a 2001 release date for the Evangelion movies. While an English script has been prepared, actual production has not yet started on the English recordings. Other hot titles coming from Manga include of course Blood: The Last Vampire, which could be theatrically released, and Street Fighter Alpha/Zero.
On an interesting note, ADV mentionned that it had aquired 11 TV series for what it would have cost them to purchase the Evangelion movies instead of letting them go to Manga.
