Shoujocon Advanced Registration Opens

Shojoucon has begun advanced registration for its second annual convention, and has moved it's date and location. Shoujocon 2001 will be held July 14th & 15th, 2001 at the Brunswick Hilton and Towers hotel in Central New Jersey.
According to their website, Shojoucon is the world's and only convention for fans of shoujo manga and anime. Having only begun last year Shojoucon staff were suprised by the popularity of the convention which was over 450 attendees (not bad for a first year convention dedicated to Shojou and located in Newark) and as a reault they have moved the convention to the Brunswick which will accomodate an even larger crowd and is also significantly closer to New York City.
From now until December 31st registration is $20, between January 1 and May 15 registration will be $30, and at the door purchases of the full weekend pass will be $40. Single day passes are also available at lower prices.
