AnimEigo DVDs in retail outlets?

Earlier this year AnimEigo announced that its titles would no longer be available from retail outlets, that they would only be available if ordered directly from AnimEigo. It now seems that this may not be the case for all AnimEigo releases. According to a post in the AnimEigo DVD Mailing List AnimEigo plans to release discs from the first Urusei Yatsura box into general retail.
According to the post, "I think we are pencilling it in for late january. There will be an announcement soon."
The second Urusei Yatsura box set is expected to ship from AnimEigo in January or possibly very late December.
