Captain Tylor DVD Problems

Errors on Disc 4 of DVD boxed set.
Right Stuf has discovered that Disc 4 of the Tylor DVDs contains an error. An error involving the DLT master resulted in an entire chapter (about 5 min from Episode 23) being ommitted from the production DVDs. This chapter is NOT present on the disc in any hidden "digital omake" and can not be accessed.
TRSI will automatically mail out a new copy of the disc to any one who bought it, either individually or as part of teh box set, from them. Other people will have to send in their proof of purchase (receipt) as well as $3.50 shipping & handling to TRSI in order to have a replacement disc shipped to them.
In the meantime TRSI will continue to ship boxed sets with the defective disc 4 and will replace these too when the replacements become available.
All we ask is that you donate the "defective" disc to a local charity or library. This will allow other people to experience Tylor, perhaps people who would not have been able to do so otherwise.
TRSI expects it to take a few weeks (at least 6) for the fixed DVDs to be shipped out, but stresses that they will replace each and every copy of the defective disc.
