Streaming Video on Toonami Reactor

A number of great Anime to be streamed from the Toonami Reactor website.
An interesting riddle has been posted on the Toonami Reactor Website:
Toonami Reactor returns once more
With four sagas born of eastern lore
An epic record of robot wars
Of cosmic labors unseen before
And creatures torn from legend's yore
Of pirate ships, the police...and more.
While the reactor still makes no mention of what the actual riddle means, TRSI tells us
Now, part of the mystery to this riddle has now been solved! On Nov 14th, Cartoon Network will begin streaming Record of the Lodoss War, Harlock Saga, and Star Blazers! Check the official Reactor Website on 11/14 for daily updates on full length episodes to each of these anime favorites!

According to a post by Jeff Harris on ToonZone, Patlabor will also be one of the titles.
