Ryan Gavigan, the Anime Central 2002 Co-Chair, has announced Ken Akamatsu as a new Guest. Ken is best known for creating Love Hina, and his more recent work AI ga Tomaranai (Can't Stop the LOVE). This is his first appearance at an American anime convention.
