ACen Announces Hidenori Matsubara

Oh My Goddess! OAV series Character designer and animation director to be at Anime Central 2002.
According to a post on the ACen mailing list, the convention is proud to welcome its final Japanese guest, animator Hidenori Matsubara. He has worked on a number of series and films, including Otaku no Video, Macross II, Nadia, and Sakura Taisen (Sakura Wars), but is perhaps best known for serving as character designer and animation director on the Oh My Goddess! OAV series.
The other Japanese Guests of Honor expected at Anime Central 2002 are Toshihiro Kawamoto (Character designer: Cowboy Bebop, Golden Boy), Ken Akamatsu (Manga Creator: Love Hina) and Tetsuya Aoki (Plex, Procution & Creature Design in Power Rangers, Ultraman).
