Missing Vandred extra

Some copies of Pioneer's 4th volume of Vandred (Pressure) were packaged without the promised holographic foil cards. Pioneer will be shipping these cards to people who call them.

To our Faithful Vandread fans:
Unfortunately, Vandread - "Pressure" (V.4) was packaged incorrectly and the first run of product failed to include the limited edition collectible holographic foil cards. Obviously this frustrates all of our faithful Pioneer and Vandread fans that pre-ordered the product to get the extras in the first place!
To make up for this error, our duplicator has established a toll-free number so you can call in and get your cards: 1-800-356-2115.
Please be prepared to give the customer service representative your name. and mailing address so we can ship you the cards (or a phone number to reach you in case you reach the voice mail system). Also, to ensure that you have purchased the product, you may be asked where you purchased the product and/or what price you paid.
This is not a product defect, so do not return this merchandise to where you purchased it. This 800 number is strictly for the purpose of this singular problem for Vandread and not the general customer service phone number. For general customer service inquiries, please call 1-800-421-1621.
