No Kosaicon in 2003

Con still planned for 2004
Too many obstacles have arisen for the organizers of Kosaicon to get the convention up and running in 2003 as originally planned.
Cassandra has posted the following in our Forum, as well as on the Kosaicon mailing list:
I'm sorry to announce that we have decided to postpone KosaiKon until 2004. Unfortunately, the hotel had taken almost 2 months longer than promised to get the contract to us and there has been little support from the area fanbase. So we are going to regroup, possibly make some changes and take the extra time to make this even better than originally planned.
So, here's to making 2004 happen!
