News Speed Racer Entertainment Facing Lawsuits

According to two sources, Speed Racer Entertainment is facing two lawsuits, one from DIC and the other from E-Lan. DIC claims that SRE backed out of a deal that granted it sole distribution rights, while E-Lan claims it is the owner of the music used in the latest Speed Racer series airing on Nickelodeon.
