TV Tokyo to distribute anime online

TV Tokyo launches its new Anime ch.com website today, offering the first two episodes of Slayers, Slayers Next, Slayers Try, and Saiyuki free throughout the month. Starting in October, TV Tokyo will charge a monthly 700 yen fee for use of its broadband server.
