News Manga cafes to be "adult only" at night in Tokyo

Yahoo! Japan reports that, along with Internet Cafes and Karaoke boxes, Manga Cafe's in Tokyo will become off-limits to minors after 11pm. The new law, approved by the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly on March 22nd, will take effect on April 1st. Establishments of these types that server minors (under 18) after 11pm could face a fine of as much as 300 000 yen (US$2812).
