New Anime Trailers

Tons of New Anime Trailers, including a 6-minute trailer for Steamboy

Multiple sources: Anime Nation, Natsume Maya, The Movie Box and reader submitted e-mail

m.o.e. has made the first episode of three of its new anime series available online in streaming Windows Media format. The episodes are only available in broadband format and require the viewer to accept a license (after clicking on the links, Media Player will open a pop-up, click on the grey button and then "play").

The DearS website has a 15-second streaming Windows Media commercial for the DearS TV series here (broadband) and here (low-speed). It recently started its broadcast last Saturday (July 3rd). As mentioned in our panel report, Tokyopop announced the license for the DearS manga at Anime Expo.


TV Tokyo has 30 second streaming Real Media commercials for three of its shows, each commercial is available in broadband and narrowband.

Animate.tv has a streaming Windows Media trailer for Gonzo's upcoming TV series, Gankutsuou. The 95 second trailer is available in narrowband and broadband. As previously reported, Gankutsuou is based on Alexandre Dumas' classic novel, The Count of Monte Cristo.


The official Japanese website for Inuyasha movies now hosts a 10-second windows media trailer for the upcoming fourth Inuyasha movie, InuYasha - Guren no Houraijima. The trailer is only available in medium and high quality broadband.


Finally, Yahoo! Japan now hosts a 6-minute Windows Media trailer for Steamboy. The trailer is available in High Resolution, Medium Resolution and Low Resolution.
