Howl's Moving Castle Number 1 Film in Korea for January

The Korea Herald reports that Howl's Moving Castle was the number one movie in South Korean in January, followed by American movies Alexander, Ocean's Twelve and National Treasure, with Jackie Chan's Kung Fu Hustle taking up the last spot. Korean movies, absent from the top 5, accounted only for 29.6 percent of box office sales. Howl's Moving Castle opened in South Korea on December 23rd as was the first ever Japanese movie to top the South Korean box office in its opening week.
