These poor, freaked-out characters have no idea what they're doing or where they're going. Neither does the creator, apparently.

Magical Witch Punie-Chan Sub.DVD
Scales heights of dark hilarity that few comedies ever achieve. Also plumbs the depths of taste on occasion, but that's the price you pay for mean laughs.

Best Student Council DVD 4
Both (a little) funnier and (a little) more serious than the last volume, but otherwise more of the same. Mild fun that doesn't offend, doesn't strain, and won't fire more than three synapses at a time.
