ADV Films has launched "ADV Universe" an unpackaged media download service for ADV Films titles.
Currently ADV Universe offers episodes of numerous anime TV series such as Gilgamesh, Area 88 TV and Princess Tutu for $4.99 an episode. The Lady Death movie and Parasite Dolls OAV are also available for $19.99. All the episodes currently available are available only in English.
The first episode of Guyver: The Bioboosted Armor is currently available for free.
The service is only available within the USA.
The prices are for purchase, not limited time rentals; DRM is used.
