Eminence seeking AMVs for A Night in Fantasia 2007

Eminence has recently posted on amv.org's forums that they are looking for AMV creators to create background AMVs for "A Night in Fantasia 2007: Symphonic Games Edition". The call is for a "mood" amv using footage from the game to invoke the feeling and memories of playing it while the orchestra below plays the music from the particular game. The deadline for the project is 27th of March 2007. A list of composers who will be attending the concerts was also revealed, including;
- Jason Hayes (Melbourne Show Only).
Composer of Diablo 2, Warcraft 3 and World of Warcraft. -
Yasunori Mitsuda.
Composer of Chrono Trigger, Xenogears and Chrono Cross. - Junichi Nakatsuru.
Composer of the Soul Calibur series, Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War and Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War. -
Hitoshi Sakimoto.
Composer of Final Fantasy XII, Final Fantasy Tactics and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance. - Masaru Shiina.
Composer of Tales of Legendia, Tekken: Dark Resurrection and Ace Combat 3. -
Yoko Shimomura.
Composer of Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II and Final Fantasy Versus XIII.
Some of the titles that will have music used will be
- Metal Gear Solid.
- Shadow of the Colossus.
- Final Fantasy series.
- Zelda.
- Mario.
- World of Warcraft.
- Katamari Damacy.
- Kingdom Hearts.
- Chrono Cross
- And more to be announced...
A similar project occured last year for ANIF2006 with a closed Multi Editor Project involving AMV creators like Koopiskeva (Jay Naling), VicBond007 (Victor Boruta) and SnhKnives (Lee Webster).
