Kyoto Lists 13 "Harmful" Manga Depicting Female Minors Update

List made public at prefectural governmental commission's June 15 meeting
The self-described Dōjinshi Research Institute weblog reports on Kyoto Shimbun newspaper's list of 13 "harmful publications," as identified by Kyoto Prefecture's Commission on the Health and Growth of Youths. The commission made public this list, which is composed of manga that depict sexual content with female minors, during its June 15 meeting on the issue.
