News Media Blasters Acquires Tweeny Witches

In a forum post on AnimeonDVD, Media Blasters president John Sirabella revealed that the company had acquired Tweeny Witches, also known as Mahō Shōjo Tai Alice. Animated by Studio 4°C, and noted for its quirky art style, Tweeny Witches is the story of a young girl who wholeheartedly believes in magic, but finds her beliefs challenged when she is transported to an alternate world where magic and witches actually exist. Originally broadcast on Japan's NHK-Educational channel from 2004 to 2005, it consists of 40 nine-minute episodes.
