1st Penguin Girl Heart Anime Episode Posted in Japan

Japan's Nico Nico Douga video-streaming service has posted the first 14-minute episode of the Penguin Girl Heart anime series in its online Nico Nico Anime Channel. (Japanese registration is required.) The anime adapts Tetsuya Takahashi's Penguin Musume (Penguin Girl) comedy manga about a rich Otaku girl who is nicknamed "Penguin" and "A-Girl" because of her last name ("Nankyoku" or "Antarctica") and her fascination with the culture of Tokyo's Akihabara shopping district.
The Nico Nico Anime Channel had previously hosted a video of the press conference that announced the anime, as well as a spoof trailer that plays off the "Nice Boat" controversy surrounding the School Days ending's preemption.
