Astro Boy CG Film Director David Bowers Interviewed

The Hong Kong animation studio IMAGI posted an interview with David Bowers, director of IMAGI's computer-animated adaptation of Osamu Tezuka's Astro Boy manga. (In the linked page, select "English," then select "What's New" and finally, "David Bowers Interview.") The Flushed Away director discusses what brought him into animation and his thoughts of being involved with Astro Boy. In January, IMAGI signed him onto its Astro Boy film. Astro Boy is set to open in North American theaters on October 23, 2009.
