Kigurumikku V3 Anime Preview Posted (Updated)

The Nico Nico Anime Channel on the Nico Nico Douga website has posted a preview for the Kigurumikku V3 Best Episode Collection video anime project. (Unlike other sections of Nico Nico Douga, registration is not required to view this preview.) In the story, a hyper girl named Azuki Edomae and her friends Mutsumi Shingetsu and Serika Shihōdō protect the peaceful order of a town by transforming into Kigurumikku Swan, Kigurumikku Falcon, and Kigurumikku Swallow, respectively, via cosplay outfits. "Kigurumi" is a type of cosplay that essentially turns a wearer into a giant plush toy or doll. This parody video anime is called a "best episode collection" because it is designed to look like a compilation of the best episodes from a nonexistent television series.
Hisashi Saito (Bamboo Blade) is responsible for the original story concept, overall direction, character designs, storyboards, and supervising of this AIC animation production. The three episodes will ship in Japan on May 20.
