News Supanova Sydney starts this Friday!
The Supanova Pop Culture Expo will be on in Sydney this weekend (June 26-28) at The Dome in Olympic Park. The expo which is known for bringing out many anime voice actors (this year including Chris Sabat and Spike Spencer) is also well known for it's cosplay competitions.
The Madman national cosplay championship will be holding it's Sydney heat on Saturday the 27th, while entry has already closed the event should be good with a high level of quality cosplay expected. Also on the Saturday is the cosplay parade which is tailored towards entrants who are new to cosplay, just a walk on stage and no interview making it a much friendlier introduction. The best part is Sunday with the traaditional Madman cosplay contest, full interviews, skits and more. This weekend looks like it will be excellent for cosplay fans in Sydney.

Overall, neither Pokemon the Movie: Black or its White counterpart really stands out from the already packed herd. While not terrible, these are films that can be safely left alone unless you or your child have a compulsion to truly catch 'em all.
