posted on 2009-09-06 21:11 EDT
The Japanese anime distributor Bandai Visual will release The Prince of Tennis OVA Fan Disc ~ Message in Bottle~ on DVD on December 22. The 50-minute disc will feature a picture drama (a story told primarily with still pictures and a soundtrack) that is also titled "Message in Bottle." In the story, the Hyotei team captain Keigo Atobe retrieves a message bottle and returns it to the sea — but not before doing something first with the bottle. The other highlight of the DVD is special footage from the "TeniPuri Festa 2009" event on September 6. The "CharaPuri" character profiles, promotional videos, and commercial round out the fan disc.
