Christopher Handley's lawyer Eric Chase addresses sentencing, legal implications
Eric Chase, Christopher Handley's defense attorney during Handley's prosecution for possession of obscene manga in a U.S. federal court, provided ANN with a commentary in the aftermath of Handley's February 11 sentencing. Chase addresses the legal criteria for obscenity and the implications of the sentencing for the manga community.
