posted on 2010-07-08 17:45 EDT
The media-distribution service Crunchyroll has announced on Thursday that it is releasing anime via downloads on Microsoft's Zune Marketplace. Videos on Zune Marketplace can be played back on Windows-based personal computers, Xbox 360 game consoles, and Zune HD mobile devices. Crunchyroll's initial offerings include The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Yoku Wakaru Gendai Mahō, and Giant Killing. According to Crunchyroll, these titles have not been made available for downloadable purchase until now, and Giant Killing in particular will be available "the same week it airs in Japan."
Zune Marketplace already includes anime from Viz Media (Naruto, Bleach), Funimation (D.Gray-man, Ikki Tousen), and other companies.

Just like real world history, this one has its ups and downs—only with brighter colors and more super-
A hot blonde with a triple D rack and a passion for preschool girls; an owl that kindles the insatiable female desire for a plushie; a fairy with an incredible sweet tooth that transforms into various costumes and changes the bust size of the wearer at will. Absolute hilarity in a box with a bare bones plot.
