Madman Entertainment releases Arrietty trailer.

Arrietty trailer is available online, confirms U.K. dub for Australia.

Madman Entertainment has posted the Japanese and English trailers of Studio Ghibli's latest film, Arrietty, on their YouTube channel.

Arrietty is based on the children's novel 'The Borrowers' (written by Mary Norton) and follows the adventures of a family of 'little' people who are 10cm tall and live under the floorboards of a old mansion. The family makes their way by 'borrowing' items from the old lady that lives in the mansion above. Their peaceful lives are changed when 14 year-old Arrietty is accidentally seen by Shō, a 12 year-old human boy.

The film will be released on the 12th of January 2012 in both English dubbed and Japanese subtitles versions. The U.K. dub includes the talents of Saoirse Ronan (The Lovely Bones, Atonement) as Arrietty, Mark Strong (Green Lantern, Sherlock Holmes) as Arrietty's father Pod, and Olivia Colman (Peep Show) as her mother Homily.
