4th manga volume by saxyun to add 2 unaired episodes, exclusive booklet

A limited edition of saxyun's 4th Yurumates manga volume will bundle an original anime DVD when it ships on August 30. The May issue of Takeshobo's Manga Club magazine made the announcement on Wednesday. The bundled DVD will contain the opening animation sequence for the ongoing television anime series and its first episode, as well as two unaired episodes. The limited edition will also include an exclusive booklet.

The four-panel gag comedy centers on Yurume, an 18-year-old rōnin (a high school graduate who has yet to be accepted into college). Yurume moves to the outskirts of Tokyo to study for the next entrance exams. She ends up living in Maison du Wish, an apartment complex full of aimless "veteran rōnin" who have been out of school for years.

Yurumates 3D, the first television anime adaptation of the four-panel comedy manga, just premiered in Japan on Monday. Crunchyroll is streaming it into several countries as it airs in Japan. The manga already inspired two original video animation (OVA) titles : Yurumates Ha? and Yurumates.
