Australian Anime Distributor reveals Q2 2013 releases through website easter egg hunt;

Hanabee Entertainment posted on their facebook page that they have hidden clues on hanabee.com.au (an example on their about page). The clues were promptly found, revealing the following three titles;

Nisemonogatari

Nisemonogatari continues to adapt Bakemonogatari, the Japanese light novel series written by Nisio Isin and illustrated by VOfan. The series continues to follow high-school student Koyomi Araragi as he finds himself mixed in the world of the supernatural helping a collection of ghosts, gods and myths. This time there's a spread of curses running through the local middle school and Koyomi's sisters, Karen and Tsukihi, are looking for the culprit who might just be a person involved with one of Koyomi's classmates.

Akiyuki Shinbo (Bakemonogatari, Puella Magi Madoka Magica) directed the anime at the anime studio SHAFT. Akio Watanabe (Bakemonogatari, The World God Only Knows) adapted VOFAN's original character designs for animation. Eri Kitamura and Yuka Iguchi starred as Karen and Tsukihi respectively. Chiwa Saito, Emiri Katō, Miyuki Sawashiro, Kana Hanazawa, Yui Horie, Hiroshi Kamiya will reprised their roles of Hitagi Senjougahara, Mayoi Hachikuji, Suruga Kanbaru, Nadeko Sengoku, Tsubasa Hanekawa, and Koyomi Araragi. The young female duo ClariS sung the ending theme song "Naisho no Hanashi" (Secret Story) composed by supercell's Ryo.

Accoring to Hanabee's press release, Nisemonogatari will be split into two sub-only releases, part 1 in May and part 2 in June and they will come packaged with character commentary on disc.

Bakemonogatari was announced at Supanova Brisbane in November and Part 1 will be released on DVD in March 2013. You can view Hanabee's release page for Bakemonogatari here.

Based on the manga written and illustrated by Cocoa Fujiwara, this anime adaptation was produced by david production under direction from Naokatsu Tsuda (Shikabane Hime: Kuro, Squid Girl). Haruko Iizuka (The IDOLM@STER, Toaru Kagaku no Railgun) designed the characters and acted as chief animation director.
