Resident Evil Revelations' 4th Case File Streamed

Latest video introduces environmental hazards

The official YouTube channel for the Resident Evil game series began streaming the fourth "Case File" video on Saturday for Resident Evil: Revelations (Biohazard Revelations in Japan). "Case File #4: Survive" features some environmental dangers and infected creatures that can imperil the player's survival.

The new edition takes the original Nintendo 3DS game and brings it to the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and Windows. CAPCOM confirmed last month that the game will have a playable demo on XBox Live, PlayStation Network, the Nintendo eShop, and Steam before it ships in North America and Europe. CAPCOM will reveal the demo release dates soon.

The game's story is set between Resident Evil 4 and 5. It begins with Jill Valentine searching for the missing Chris Redfield aboard a luxury ship, the site of an outbreak.

The port will feature a new Infernal Mode, which offers a revised, "nigh-impossible" campaign with new enemy and item placements, compared to the original Nintendo 3DS game released last year.

Biohazard/Resident Evil: Revelations Unveiled Edition will retail for 4,990 yen (about US$56) on May 23 in Japan. The game will also be released in North America on May 21 and in Europe on May 24.
