Also, Blu-ray and DVD editions of Hellsing Ultimate, Horizon on the Middle of Nowhere, DVD of second Bakemonogatari.

On Monday July 29, Anime Limited will bring out the label's first home release, a Blu-ray edition of the first half of Cowboy Bebop. Directed by Shinichiro Watanabe, the sf/action series follows the adventures of the bounty hunter Spike Spiegel, along with his Jet Black, Faye Valentine, Ed and the intelligent Welsh Corgi Ein. Packaged in a slipcase, the set includes a 40 page booklet. However, Anime Limited's facebook page confirms that the short film 'Ein's Summer Holiday' has been held back to Part 2 for space reasons.

Also on Monday, Manga Entertainment will release the first four episodes of Hellsing Ultimate on both Blu-ray and DVD. (Episodes 5 to 8 are already available.) This is the OAV version of Kouta Hirano's horror manga about Alucard, a vampire who fights demonic forces on behalf of the British government.

Manga is additonally releasing Blu-ray and DVD editions of the series Horizon on the Middle of Nowhere. It is based on Minoru Kawakami's light novel series, set in a distant future when Japan is divided into feudal territories and conquered by other countries. A floating city named Musashi is composed of eight ships in the skies. A war that will determine the fate of the world will be fought by students on the Musashi.

Finally, MVM is releasing the second part of the series Bakemonogatari on DVD. The Blu-ray edition will be released on September 23, following the Blu-ray of Part 1 on August 26.

Update - An earlier version of this story wrongly said that the Blu-ray edition of Bakemonogatari Part 2 would be released on July 29. Apologies for the mistake.

Update 2 - Ein's Summer Holiday detail corrected, thanks to fathomlessblue for pointing it out.
