Neptunia Re;Birth1 Gameplay Videos Show Battles in Action

Idea Factory International debuted four videos promote the summer release of Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth1 on the PS Vita in the West. Specifically, the remake of the original Hyperdimension Neptunia game will be available in physical and digital forms in North America on August 26. It will then be available in digital form only in Europe on August 27. Plus, Idea Factory International is planning a digital release in Australia. The Western release will have both Japanese and English voiceovers, along with English subtitles.
The remake will feature updated event conversations, graphics, and newly added game mechanics:The videos show character battles and menu selection in the game.
The game remakes Compile Heart's original 2010 role-playing game Chō Jigen Game Neptune (Hyperdimension Neptunia). The game will feature the "unit turn" battle system. In battle, players can move characters around the battlefield during a turn. Depending on weapons and skills, attack range will vary making a character's position important for battle success.
The role-playing game shipped in Japan on October 31. NIS America released the previous Neptunia titles in North America and releasedHyperdimension Neptunia PP in North America and Europe in June.
