Mega Slowbro Unveiled in Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Video

GAME FREAK video game director Junichi Masuda revealed a trailer for Mega Slowbro, the newest Mega Evolution addition, for the Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire Nintendo 3DS games at the 2014 Pokémon World Championships in Washington, D.C.
When Slowbrow mega evolves into Mega Slowbro, its energy gathers in the Shellder clamped onto its tail. As a result, the hardness of its shell is boosted, making its armor incredibly strong. In battle, Mega Slowbro balances on its tail, wearing Shellder as an impenetrable armor over its body. Mega Slowbro has the Shell Armor Ability, meaning opponents can never land a critical hit, making Mega Slowbro a defensive threat in battle. Its Defense and Sp. Attack also increase, making it a great teammate for long battles requiring high endurance.
The new titles will remake the 2003 Game Boy Advance games Pokémon Ruby and Pokémon Sapphire. The games are slated to ship on November 28 in Europe and November 21 in Japan, North America, and Australia.
