Mamoru Oshii Supervises Opening Movie for Phantom of Kill Smartphone Game

Strategy drama RPG app coming this fall in Japan
Fuji & gumi Games, a collaboration between Fuji Startup Ventures and gumi, opened pre-registration for its first smartphone game Phantom of Kill on Monday. The game will feature an animated opening movie supervised by Ghost in the Shell director Mamoru Oshii.
The strategy drama RPG, which is slated for this fall, will follow mysterious girls who carry the names of legendary weapons (such as "Masamune") as they search for their lost memories. The tagline reads:
"Princesses. Imitations of the 'Killers.' They share the same blood. Several Thousand Souls. Several Thousand Bodies. All Sharing the Same Heart."
