Flowers of Evil Band Uchujin to Break Up on New Year's Eve

4-member group to also release best of album on same day
Flowers of Evil opening theme song band Uchujin announced on its official website on Thursday that the band will break up on New Years Eve. The announcement revealed that each of the four band members will be pursuing their own separate music activities.
The group will also release a best of album, aptly titled "Breakup," (pictured at right) on the same day. The CD will retail for 2,300 yen (about US$19).
The group of vocalist Asako Shinosaki, guitarist Kenta Komatsu, bassist Hidehiro Niiya, and drummer Makoto Wada formed in 2008 made its major debut in May 2012. The band contributed the four different versions of the opening theme song "Aku no Hana" for the 2013 television anime series Flowers of Evil.
