God Eater 2: Rage Burst's 2nd Trailer Adds English Subtitles

Bandai Namco Games Asia began streaming an English-subtitled version of the second trailer for God Eater 2: Rage Burst on Friday. The original trailer streamed in December.
The game will serve as the final chapter of God Eater 2. The game will include new features, such as a new scenario, a new weapon called a "Valiant Scythe," as well as a new action system called, "Blood Rain." Players will be able to move over save data from their PSP to the PS Vita version, but not to the PlayStation 4 version. The PS Vita version will be able to share data with the PlayStation 4.

God Eater 2: Rage Burst will ship on February 19 retail for 5,690 yen (about US$55) on PS Vita and 6,640 yen (about US$65) on PS4. Players who preorcer the game in Japan will get a download code to battle the Aragami "Orochi," and the first editions will include a download code for a taboo Blood Art. The game inspired limited edition PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and PlayStation TV consoles, which will ship on February 4.
A television anime of the God Eater franchise was announced at this year's Tokyo Game Show. Takayuki Hirao will direct the anime at ufotable with character designs by Keita Shimizu (Tales of Phantasia, ToHeart2 key animation) and music by Gō Shiina (Kyousogiga, God Eater games).
