Noizi Ito Announced as Special Guest at Overload NZ 2015

Auckland's Overload NZ Comic and Manga Convention will be hosting Noizi Ito as the special guest for their 10th Anniversary event in September;

Noizi Ito will be in attendance as the Special Guest for Overload NZ's 10th Anniversary event on Saturday the 26th of September 2015 in Auckland, New Zealand. Overload NZ is a long running event that started as Doujin Overload in 2006 and has since grown into a convention focusing on manga and comic art to help support local artists. Overload in recent years has hosted other notable artists including Yoshitoshi ABe and Range Murata. While no additional events have been announced for Noizi Ito, in the past Overload has made sure there are several satellite events including exhibitions and public talks in Auckland before the convention.

Noizi Ito

Noizi Ito is a artist from Hyōgo, Japan who has been responsible for the illustrations and character designs for the Shakugan no Shana and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya light-novels and the character designer for Another. Noizi has also created Bee-be-beat it! which was published in Dragon Age Pure and has been involved with the doujin circle Fujitsubo-Machine for a number of years. Game illustration is where Noizi focuses most of her time with multiple adult games for UNiSONSHIFT, illustration on Flight-Plan's DS game Shining Force Feather and Nippon Ichi's The Guided Fate Paradox and The Guided Fate Cross Thesis. Most recently Noizi has been working as the character designer for Plantago Games “Soul Knight'. There are also multiple art books published by MediaWorks focusing on Noizi Ito's work.
