Voice Actress Mariya Ise's Marriage, Pregnancy Revealed

The Manichi Shimbun paper's Mantan Web site reported on Saturday that voice actress Mariya Ise had gotten married in January. In addition, the site reported on her pregnancy. Ise plans to continue working.
The stage play based on the Persona 4 Arena (Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena) fighting game announced in December that Makoto Koichi would replace Ise as Chie Satōnaka. The play's Twitter account cited Ise's poor physical health as the reason for the replacement, and Across Entertainment representative Jun Fujisaki added on Ise's official blog that her doctor advised four weeks of rest.
According to Mantan Web, Ise's marriage in January could not be reported at the time due to the fact that her health had yet to recover. However, she has since recovered, and her pregnancy has also been revealed.
Ise made her voice acting debut in Aishiteruze Baby in 2004. Her anime roles include Durarara!!×2's Mika Harima, Fairy Tail's Levi, Hunter x Hunter's Killua, Cross Ange's Misty Rosenblum, Yes! Precure 5's Urara Kasugano (Cure Lemonade), Mobile Suit Gundam UC's Loni Garvey, Evangelion: 3.0 You Can (Not) Redo's Midori Kitakami, and Flowers of Evil's Sawa Nakamura.
