Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Fortress PS Vita Game's Promo Streamed

Bandai Namco Entertainment began streaming a promotional video for its upcoming Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Fortress PlayStation Vita game on Wednesday. The video previews some of the mobile suits and Gundam characters included in the game, and the kinds of structures players can construct to protect their fortress.
In the free-to-play real-time simulation game, players acquire pilots and mobile suits, strengthen them, and use them to attack enemy fortresses. Players will also build and upgrade their structures to improve their own fortress' defenses.
Bandai Namco Entertainment has slated the game for a summer release in Japan.
The initial release will feature characters and mobile suits from the following Gundam series:
- Mobile Suit Gundam
- Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn
- Mobile Suit Gundam Seed
- Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam
- Mobile Suit Gundam Wing
- Mobile Suit Gundam 00
The game's official website also announced that Bandai Namco Entertainment is conducting a closed beta test for the game, and is taking applicants through the site.
