OKAMOTO'S, Three Lights Down Kings Perform New Gintama Themes

This year's 42nd issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine is revealing on Monday that OKAMOTO'S and Three Lights Down Kings will perform the new opening and ending theme songs respectively for the Gintama television anime series. The new theme songs will premiere in October.
The new opening theme song by OKAMOTO'S is titled "Beautiful Days." OKAMOTO'S perviously performed theme songs for Durarara!!×2 Shō, Naruto Shippūden, Naruto Shippūden: The Burning Chūnin Exam! Naruto vs. Konohamaru!!, and Naruto Spin-Off: Rock Lee & His Ninja Pals.
Three Lights Down Kings' ending theme song is titled "Gloria's Days." Three Lights Down Kings previously performed the ending theme song for Durarara!!×2 Shō.
CHICO with Honeyworks and Aqua Timez are performing the current opening and ending theme songs respectively. Those theme songs premiered in the show in July.
Crunchyroll is currently streaming the newest anime, which premiered in April.
Hideaki Sorachi's original Gintama action comedy manga inspired a television anime that premiered in 2006 and continued (with several extended hiatuses) until 2013. The manga also inspired two movies, including the "final" Gekijōban Gintama Kanketsu-hen: Yorozuya yo Eien Nare film that opened in 2013.
