Manga features characters from Kamachi's Heavy Object, A Certain Magical Index, other works

The November issue of Square Enix's Shonen Gangan magazine published the final chapter of the manga adaptation of Kazuma Kamachi's multi-franchise crossover story Toaru Majutsu no Heavy na Zashiki Warashi ga Kantan na Satsujin-ki no Konkatsu Jijō (The Circumstance Leading to a Simple Killer Princess's Marriage Was A Certain Magical Heavy Zashiki Warashi) on Saturday. The first compiled volume will ship on November 21 and the second will ship on December 22.

The series began in February. Ryū Nishino is credited with the structure of the "all-star" story based on Kamachi's works, and Hajime Fusemachi is drawing the manga. The various novel series' illustrators are credited with the original character designs.

The manga features characters from Waltraute-san no Konkatsu Jijō (The Circumstances Leading to Waltraute's Marriage), Satsujin-ki to Deep End (The Killer Princess and the Deep End), Kantan na Monitor Desu (It Is a Simple Monitor), Intelle Village no Zashiki Warashi (The Zashiki Warashi of Intellectual Village), Heavy Object, and A Certain Magical Index.

The original text story is part of the 10th anniversary celebration of Kamachi's career. It is running this winter in Kadokawa's Dengeki Bunko Magazine spinoff Kamachi Kazuma Box. It spawned a bonus pamphlet of crossover illustrations in Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh magazine in November, as well as a crossover anime promotional video in September:
